Local rapper Shafik Walukaaga alias Fik Fameica seems like he’s trying to walk into the footsteps of his friend and fellow singer, Eddy Kenzo. This is after he took his shot at sweet talking young minister, Lillian Aber.
It should be noted that Hon Lilian Aber is the Minister of state for Disaster preparedness, Relief and Refugees and the District Woman Representative for Kitgum district. She’s one of the young ministers in President Museveni’s cabinet.
Taking to X, Fik Fameica posted a picture of her and captioned it “Honorable Lillian Aber, the Minister of State for Disaster Preparedness, Relief, and Refugees.”
The singer’s followers right away understood his mission and started encouraging him to take his shot. The minister too noted the message and joined in the chatter commenting that “Hehehehe you guys are too stubborn for life.”
It should be noted that the self-styled King Kong has been riding on Kenzo’s side in these past few days. At first social media users took to criticizing Minister Nyamutoro after a picture emerged of her serving juice to her husband Eddy Kenzo and Alien Skin.

The Kutama singer said that one should marry a Woman who wants to settle and get married, not a woman who wants a wedding. He commended Nyamutoro Phionah for being humble. Additionally, he said that the State Minister for Energy seems to have good luck after Kenzo was named a presidential advisor.
